The team of the Music School DAS OHR
Hello, we are the music school DAS OHR. The team consists of Navid, Wole, Toni, Manon, Erik, Lui, Otis, Michael, Kilian, and Samuel. We are a community of solidarity made up of music teachers, supporting each other in our work as well as new members who join us. Within the team, the association, and among students, we treat everyone with respect.

Our decisions are made together according to the consensus principle. To this end, we meet for a monthly plenary session. Our actions are always guided by the principles of sustainability and fairness. All members of the association act in accordance with our guidelines. Sexist, racist, or otherwise discriminatory or inhumane statements are not tolerated.
Samuel Heinecker
Piano teacher
My name is Samuel Heinecker and I teach piano, keyboard and songwriting at the music school DAS OHR. I have been working as a band musician, producer and piano teacher since 2011. I am studying music education with a focus on jazz piano and singer-songwriter at the Cologne University of Music.
Lui Juliane Ponzelar
Piano and Vocal/Singing Teacher
My name is Lui and I am a teacher for piano and vocals at the music school DAS OHR. I studied music education with a focus on vocals and piano at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln. For several years now, I have been teaching piano, guitar, and singing.
Manon Blanc Delsalle
Vocal/Singing Teacher
My name is Manon Blanc-Delsalle. I studied classical singing, musicology, and contemporary music. As an opera and concert singer, I perform in Germany and abroad. I am also an author and fitness trainer. At the music school DAS OHR, I teach voice training for singers and speakers and offer workshops.
Kilian Müller
Double Bass and E-Bass Teacher
My name is Kilian Müller. I teach double bass and electric bass, as well as bands and string groups. I studied classical double bass in Detmold, with minors in jazz double bass, piano, and vocals. I also play guitar, violin, viola, and cello. Stylistically, I play classical, jazz, and pop music.
Till Wole Crüsemann
Saxophone and Elementary Music Education teacher
My name is Wole Crüsemann. I teach saxophone at the music school DAS OHR. I am studying Elementary Music Education with a major in saxophone at the Cologne University of Music.
Otis Beasley
Piano teacher
My name is Otis and I am a teacher for piano at the music school DAS OHR. I studied at the Royal College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music in London. My musical focus is on classical music, and I enjoy teaching in both German and English.
Erik Weis
Guitar teacher
My name is Erik Weis and I teach guitar and electric guitar. My musical focus is on jazz, rock, and pop, as well as songwriting and song accompaniment. I am studying to become a music teacher with guitar as my main subject at the Cologne University of Music.
Antonia Krasukov
Vocal/singing teacher
My name is Antonia Krasukov and I graduated from the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne. My main subjects are pop/jazz vocals and songwriting. At the music school DAS OHR, I teach vocals with a focus on pop, soul, and jazz. In addition to voice training, we can also work on songwriting or accompaniment on the piano if you like.
Michael Köster
Choir director, singing teacher
My name is Michael Köster. I studied music education and vocal pedagogy at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, focusing on singing and choral conducting. For several years, I have been working as a choir director, singer, and vocal coach, and since the summer of 2024, I have had the pleasure of leading the choir at the music school DAS OHR
